Our labour rate is among the lowest in the repair industry. We listen closely to the customer’s description of the problem and only repair or replace what is necessary. If there are hidden problems, we will consult before acting. You are not paying for the overhead associated with larger repair shops.
There is a difference between an estimate and a quotation. An estimate is an approximate cost, which is what the customer wants before making a final decision. A quotation is a fixed price regardless of how long it actually takes to complete the task. We can provide either an estimate or quotation, free of charge, depending on the type of service provided. Sometimes partial teardown and inspection are necessary to determine overall costs however the customer will only be charged for time actually spent to do this.

Russell Repair offers pickup & delivery services for people that do not have a truck or trailer for transporting larger equipment. Customers that work full time or are unable to lift heavy objects can also take advantage of this service.
